Summary
Director and performer Rosalba Rolón discusses her life and career with Ramón Espejo and Arnaldo López. Originally from Puerto Rico, Rolón was active in theater from an early age. She came to New York City as a young adult, and acted in theater, film and television. In 1979, she co-founded the Pregones Theater, a Latinx musical theater company. She worked closely with noted actress/producer Miriam Colon, founder of the Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre (PRTT). In 2013, the Pregones Theater merged with the PRTT.
