- Portfolio of 26 items of miscellanea produced by Fluxus artists as an addenda to the 'Fluxshoe' series of exhibitions and events organised by David Mayor of the American Arts Documentation Centre, University of Exeter, which toured to 7 cities in Great Britain through 1972 and 1973. Accompanied by 26 loose sheets with printed photo-collage reproductions of press reviews, and first-hand descriptions/photographs of the Fluxshoe exhibitions and events by the artists and organizers. ''Produced as a supplement for the Fluxshoe catalog, 'Fluxshoe Add End A' documents the nine month 1972-1973 traveling fluxus show "Fluxshoe." Organized by Felipe Ehrenberg, Terry Wright, and David Mayor with contributions by the participants Joseph Beuys, Alice Hutchins, George Maciunas and many others.
