Description
1 videocassette (VHS) (87 min.) : sound, color; 1/2 in.
Summary
Panel discussion on the experiences of working actors. Panelists tell how they decided to become performers, and describe their early acting experiences. They compare working on stage with acting in films or television, share their feelings about auditioning for roles, and discuss other matters related to their work. Morse reminisces about appearing on Broadway in the musical How to succeed in business without really trying, and also talks about playing Truman Capote in the one-person play Tru. Turner discusses playing Maggie in the current revival of Cat on a hot tin roof, and Daly discusses the musical Gypsy, in which she plays Rose. Burton talks about her work in the production of Some Americans abroad, and Hulce discusses his role in A few good men. Panelists also take questions from members of the audience.
