- Programs (1939 - 1962) for Skylark by Samson Raphaelson documenting amateur and regional productions in the United States. Of note are pre-Broadway try-outs for the original production starring Gertrude Lawrence, including at the Cape Playhouse (Dennis, Ma.) produced by Richard Aldrich; Haila Stoddard in Romney Brent's production at the Bucks County Playhouse (New Hope Pa.); the novelist Jacqueline Susann in a small role in her early acting career at the Bucks County Playhouse (New Hope, Pa.); Geraldine Page in Bella Itkin's production at the New Lake Zurich Playhouse (Ill.); Barnard Hughes in a production at the Tenthouse Theatre in the Round (Highland Park, Ill.).
