- Veteran theatrical producer/director Harold Prince discusses his career with Ted Chapin, president of the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization. The emphasis is on the first three decades of Prince's career, from his earliest days working for director George Abbott to his first Broadway productions, and his eventual switch to directing. Princes gives detailed accounts of such projects as The pajama game and A funny thing happened on the way to the forum, and discusses such collaborators as Jerome Robbins and Boris Aronson.
