  • The four discs consist of four recordings made on separate occasions.
  • Disc 1 (track 1 to track 4, ca. 0:50 min.), in English: Yeichi Nimura speaks with Alexandra Danilova regarding Akiko Tachibana. The handwritten notes in the original container read "July 2, 1960. Akiko Tachibana owes $7000 from Mme. Danilova. She brought $500 with her to give Danilova, but Danilova did not want to see Tachibana, so I made arrangements to see Danilova & she came July 2 & I gave her $500."
  • Disc 1 (track 4, ca. 1:20 min.) to disc 2 (track 5), in English: Yeichi Nimura, Virginia Lee, and two unidentified males (appear to be lawyers) engage in a conversation regarding the management of Ballet Arts, and changing it into a corporation. Tracks 5-14 in disc 2 appear to be a recording from a separate occasion. Yeichi Nimura speaks with an unidentified male regarding changing Ballet Arts into a corporation.
  • Discs 3-4, in Japanese: Yeichi Nimura engages in an informal general conversation with unidentified guests. A majority of the recording in disc 3 is general conversation. In disc 4, Nimura briefly talks about singer Yoshiko Ishii and dance schools, and asks his guests for recommendations of good dancers and dance schools in Japan. The handwritten notes in the original container read "June 29, 1962. Party for Akiko Tachibana. Attendance: Kimiko Tanaka (dancer), Haruhi Yokoyama (dancer), Minoru Takahashi (dancer), Ma-- Ishiguro (dancer)."
  • Discs 1-2: The sound quality is good. The sound quality is fair in tracks 5-14 in disc 2. At times a second conversation can be heard, and the voices are soft. Discs 3: The sound quality is fair. The voices are not always intelligible, and there is considerable extraneous noise. Disc 4: The sound quality is fair to good.
