Drama set in 1934 on the island of Inishmaan, off the Western coast of Ireland, as American documentary filmmaker Robert Flaherty is preparing to start work on his film Man of Aran on a nearby island.

Typescript, undated. Lacks title page. Heavily marked with colored ink by the videographer. Used by The New York Public Library's Theatre on Film and Tape Archive on Feb. 25, 2009, when videotaping the stage production at Atlantic Theater Company, New York, N.Y. The production opened on Dec. 21, 2008, and was directed by Garry Hynes.
