- Sound quality overall is good, but Herbert Kingsley's voice is very soft, and the recording is marred by an extraneous crackling noise.
- Herbert Kingsley's music for Catherine Littlefield's ballet, Terminal, the 66th program in the radio series Music and ballet, with Irving Deakin as host, broadcast on May 5, 1938 by radio station WQXR, New York. Herbert Kingsley participates as a guest speaker and pianist and Clifford Herzer participates as a pianist. A later program, no. 162, broadcast on March 14, 1940, also features Herbert Kingsley's music for Terminal, with Bert Shefter as a second pianist. In the later program Bert Shefter also plays his original composition S.O.S.
