- Summary
- Working as a filmmaker/photographer in Central America during the turbulent 80's, Patricia Goudvis became very concerned about the plight of the children whose lives were being darkened by war and death. This documentary is an intimate portrait of ten boys and girls growing up in the midst of strife in Guatemala and El Salvador. In a series of vignettes, the children, ages 12 to 15, talk about war and peace, justice, ethnic identity, friendship and marriage.
