- Summary
- Beginning with Elizabeth Cady Stanton's call for women's rights at Seneca Falls in 1848 and ending with the last fight in 1920, this documentary illuminates the story of the fledgling alliances that grew into a mass movement. The film documents the entrenched opposition to the movement by both men and women who feared the woman's vote would ignite a social revolution.
