Summary
A lonely spinster marries young Burt Hanson. Afterwards she discovers he has an ex-wife whom he never mentioned and a "dead" father who is very much alive. Soon Milly's domestic bliss turns into a nightmare of suspicion and terror as Burt enters a world of increasing unreality. In trying to help her mentally unbalanced husband, Milly uncovers the shattering secret which threatens her life.
