- Celebrates the life, times and accomplishment of Celia Franca, including her dedication and determination in establishing The National Ballet of Canada and her 24-year tenure as artistic director. Features archival footage as well as interviews with ballet luminaries including Karen Kain, Frank Augustyn, Rex Harrington and James Kudelka who discuss the impact Celia had on their careers and Canadian dance. Celia Franca herself divulges untold stories of her mentors, husbands, friends and foes, revealing a defiant, unorthodox and feisty, yet surprisingly vulnerable, personality.
