- Summary
- Rehearsals in preparation for the musical retrospective Jerome Robbins' Broadway. This tape features three rehearsal sessions. In the first, Loni Ackerman and an unidentified man rehearse the dance portions of the number "Dreams come true," from the original 1945 musical Billion dollar baby. In the second session, Cynthia Onrubia and five unidentified men rehearse the dance portions of the number "New York, New York," from the 1944 musical On the town. Robbins appears on camera as he directs the performers. In the final sequence, Robbins works with an unidentified man on a portion of "Dreams come true." The number was cut from Jerome Robbins' Broadway before its premiere in February 1989 at the Imperial Theatre in New York, N.Y.
