Of these, 26 were lettered A-Z, signed by author and artist, and quarterbound by Constance Sayre at the Black Oak Bindery ... 300 copies were smyth sewn and glued into Sierra wrappers by Rebecca Henderson at Prairie Fox; of these, 50 copies were numbered 1-50 and signed by author and artist; 250 unnumbered copies were signed by the author. Printed at the Toothpaste Press"--Colophon.
