Summary

This tape records a showing of work from the One on one workshop at Jacob's Pillow. Director Carolyn Adams speaks about the workshop, in which students were individually coached in repertory pieces. The pieces performed include solos created by students and excerpts from Ceremonies of innocence by Melanie Stewart, Runes and Esplanade by Paul Taylor, and from Nascimento by David Parsons. The coaches introduce the performances and speak about their work with students. The students are identified by first names only.
