Summary
Inside/out is a series of outdoor programs in which artists perform and discuss their choreography with audiences in an informal setting. In this program, Stephen Petronio speaks about his choreographic works while dancers from the Petronio company perform excerpts from No. 3, Walk-in, Simulacrum reels, and a work in progress, City of homes. Petronio discusses his use of photographs in choreography; his dance background; his use of music; how he develops choreographic structures. The dancers speak briefly about their own dance backgrounds.
