- Vincent Sekwati Koko Mantsoe discusses his artistic goals and philosophy. Topics include: the sources of inspiration for his works, integrating objects into his performances, how he became a professional dancer, his youth in Soweto, his belief in the power of dance, the term "Afro-fusion" as applied to his dance form. Throughout the discussion, he emphasizes his belief in balancing self-knowledge and an appreciation of one's own cultural roots with an awareness and appreciation of other cultures, and an ability to recognize universal qualities of human existence.
