- Collaborative Arts Project 21, Inc. (CAP21) is a not-for-profit artistic development company and training conservatory founded in 1993. Harold "Hal" Prince (1928-2019), is the producer of such Broadway shows as Fiddler on the roof, Damn Yankees, and West side story, and director of Sweeney Todd, A little night music, and Kiss of the spider woman, among others.
