- Typescript of November 6, 1993, "with changes made to the original script during the rehearsal process" for the version produced at the Theatre de la Jeune Lune (Minneapolis, Minnesota). Used by The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts' Theatre on Film and Tape Archive when videotaping the stage production on February 19, 1994. Annotated with notes for the filming by video director.
