- Four separate interviews, two with Claire Bloom and two with Rosetta Le Noire (ca. 28 min. each)
- Claire Bloom discusses her first professional experiences at age 16, after little formal training, with the Royal Shakespeare Company at Stratford-upon-Avon, the roles she played until her breakthrough playing Juliet at age 21 for the Old Vic Company, the differences in playing Shakespeare's Juliet and Ophelia, her audition for Charlie Chaplin for a role in Limelight, Chaplin's direction of the movie, why she chose a career in theater rather than film, her experiences acting with Laurence Olivier and Ralph Richardson, and her experiences playing Henrik Ibsen's The doll's house and Blanche in Tennessee Williams' A streetcar named Desire.
- Rosetta LeNoire talks about her childhood, dancing with Bill Bojangles Robinson, studying voice with Eubie Blake, how she got the role in Arthur Sullivan's The Hot Mikado on Broadway, playing for seven years in Philip Yordan's Anna Lucasta with an all-black cast, the difficulty for blacks of getting roles, founding the AMAS Musical Theatre as a multiracial group, her activities with the USO and the Federal Theatre Project, Orson Welles' Macbeth with a black cast, and her interest and work for racial harmony.
