Summary
Rehearsal of choreographic excerpts from various dances and the full duet danced by Cynthia Anderson and Charlene Gehm as the two girls in wine-colored costumes in Les patineurs. Brian Shaw of the Royal Ballet, who staged the revival, appears on camera, as do dancers from alternate casts and other Joffrey personnel. This recording is followed by a brief fragment, ca. 1 1/2 min. long, of a stage rehearsal of Frederick Ashton's The dream, danced by Glenn Dufford (?) as Puck and Tom van Cauwenbergh (?) as Oberon.
