Summary

Complete run-through of the ballet (ca. 35 min.), including musical introduction, with audible instructions from off-camera director (possibly Gerald Arpino). After ca. 6 min. of candid footage without audio, the first 24 minutes of the ballet are repeated from the beginning without the musical introduction. Approximately 21 min. of this excerpt appear on disc 1; the remaining 3 min. appear on disc 2 after an overlap of ca. 9 min.
