Summary
Two in-depth sessions concentrating on center floor exercises: Center class "A," connecting movements sideways (ca. 48 min.), and Center class "B," connecting movements forwards (ca. 64 min.). Each combination is first described in detail by Finis Jhung, then demonstrated by Jennifer Goodman. Jhung provides additional pointers, sometimes illustrated by visual aids, in sections headed "Commentary." At the end of class "A" he offers an extended discussion on how to balance in the passé position; at the end of class "B" he explains fine points of using the mirror to improve pirouettes (turns).
