Mr. Jones discusses his choreography, Last supper at Uncle Tom's cabin, and its sources in his childhood experiences; religion; his family; his move to the North from Florida; his experiences as a migrant worker; discovering his sexual identity; homosexuality; his early interest in performing; his interest in acting and theater; his first dance classes; Percival Borde; meeting Arnie Zane; their early relationship; going to Amsterdam; Lois Welk; race identity; his piece Monkey run road; participating in Affiliate Artists; his piece Everybodyworks!; Julie West; and his and Mr. Zane's choreography Secret pastures.
