- Folder 6 contains four letters and two postcards (in German) from Romola Nijinsky to her husband's physician, Dr. Cläre Haas, at the Bellevue Sanatorium for Mental Disorders in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, and ten black and white snapshot photographs taken at the Sanatorium in 1938. Persons depicted include Vaslav and Romola Nijinsky, Dr. Haas, and Dr. Manfred Sakel, director of Bellevue.
- Folder 7 contains a booklet on Bellevue Sanatorium (24 p. ill., in English and German), medical notes and personal observations (in German) made by Dr. Haas on Nijinsky's progress and reaction to insulin treatment, and a copy of her recommendation for a second series of insulin shock treatments.
