- Highlights of a two-day workshop given by Eve Gentry on the conceptual basis of the Pilates Method. In the first 30 min. of the tape, Gentry discusses and demonstrates pre-Pilates exercises for posture and body alignment, breathing, imprinting (spinal awareness), and joint release. Michele Larsson, director of training at the Institute for the Pilates Method, then shows instructors how Gentry's concepts can be applied to Pilates mat and reformer exercises.
