Summary
Carol-Lynne Moore, an authority on Action Profiling, a movement analysis system used in business, and Dr. Howard Siegel, a clinical psychologist, describe some aspects of the dancer's personality, as revealed by their particular fields of study. Dr. Siegel talks about his current study of ballet students at a school connected to a major company, and reports some preliminary findings. Moore explains how an action profile is made, and as a demonstration analyzes a movement observed in Dowd. In Esoterica balletica, Betty Low talks about Rudolf Laban's activities in England after his flight from Hitler's Germany.
