Summary

Bedhaya: Javanese court dance for nine women, the second section of which is a highly abstract version of Arjuna Wiwaha (Arjuna's wedding), based on an episode from the Hindu epic The Mahābhārata.

Golek menak: Javanese dance-drama in the Golek dance style, in which humans imitate the movements of rod puppets (Wayang Golek). The story, derived from the Menak cycle popular in Southeast Asia, depicts the love story of Jayengrana and Kelaswara.
