Summary
A television drama that examines via the criminal justice system the social, economic and racial inequalities that exist in American society. Forest Whitaker plays a man accused of robbing and slashing a female prostitute and crack user (Rosie Perez) who maintains his innocence in spite of her photo and lineup identification of him. Their case is resolved in court, but the outcome leaves both parties dissatisfied and the audience wondering if justice really was served.
