- Local note
- The Schomburg Center's Manuscripts, Archives & Rare Book Division's copy is probably a post-Lawrence Reddick addition to the collection; the pamphlet includes NYPL's bookplate of "Arthur A. Schomburg Negro Collection" and "Sc 5432" ink stamp, but has no NYPL's perforated stamp or early processing marking of the original collection. Imperfect: treated, reinforced original illustrated front cover, and the pamphlet is library bound in sage green cloth over boards with additional blank pages at the back and a gilt spine title.
