- Four black women who work in the media profession in Charlotte, North Carolina, discuss how they got their jobs, what their daily routine is like, why they enjoy their work and what they think the future will be for black women interested in the profession. The women are: Nerrissa Williams, the show's host and a reporter with WSOC-TV; Vivien Nivens, public affairs director at WCCB-TV; Vannessa Gallman, a reporter with the Charlotte Observer; and Phyllis Burke, a television reporter with WSOC-TV.
